Father's Day Questions

My friends big sister has a blog that I really love- and every year for Father's Day she asks her kids these questions about their dad.  It's really fun to look back and see how her kids have changed over the years since she began posting these, so I thought I'd get in on the action- Here are the following responses my kids gave for 2010.

1. What does Dad do at work?

K- He gives money to the poor, and goes to lots of meetings and I don’t know.

J-  He helps people on the computer, and he works at I don’t know

M- Gives a present to me

2. What does Dad do at home?

K-  He likes to wrestle and he likes playing Lost Planet with me, and go play on the tramp.

J- He plays with us and wrestles with us, and he gets excited when we show him things

M- He wrestles at home and I don’t know

3. What are Dad’s favorite sports?

K- Basketball, football- wait, not football, volleyball!

J- Basketball, football, and baseball

M- Yellow ones

4. What does Dad like to watch on TV?

K- He likes to watch Deadliest Catch, Monster Quest, and the hunting show.

J- The crab movie and basketball

M- Mickey Mouse

5. What does Dad do after you go to bed?

K- Sometimes goes to the game, he watches tv with mom or goes somewhere else not in our house.

J- He stays up and watches tv and he reads a book when mom’s sleeping.

M- He goes to bed

6. What does Daddy like to eat?

K- Ummm…. he likes to eat beef jerky, apricots, and protein shakes.

J- Pears, grapes, apples, I see him eating apples all the time!

M- Fishes and hmmmm, oh!  I know!  Chicken!

7. What does Daddy do at church?

K- He baptized me and he gives talks sometimes.

J- He has a presents meeting and he sings songs

M- gets a present meeting

8. Does Dad like to clean the house?

K- No he doesn’t

J-  (Laughs) No!  I guess…

M- Yeah, he wants to help you

9. Who does Dad love?

K- He loves our whole family, including grandma and grandpa.

J- Me and K and M and Mom- and his mom and dad.

M- Fishies, K, J, Momma, and me!
